How We Began

InTravel (Inclusive Travel and Tour Inc.) started with a shared vision among three families in Davao City. We realized the travel industry needed more than just booking agents—it needed partners who prioritize integrity and people. We established our office at Space Republic, Juna, with a simple goal: to make travel accessible, transparent, and well-managed for everyone.

At InTravel, we believe a journey’s success depends on the people leading it. Our facilitators bring over 15 years of experience in human development, combining corporate strategy with a deep understanding of the Davao landscape.

Michael Pat M. Badeon, RN

Lead Facilitator & Strategy Consultant

Mike is a multidisciplinary leader who bridges the gap between healthcare, tourism, and corporate management. As a Registered Nurse and the President of InTravel, he brings a unique "care-centered" approach to professional facilitation. Since 2011, he has helped government agencies and private firms transform their workplace culture through his signature C.E.R.A.S. Model. Currently serving as a School Administrator and pursuing a Master’s in Academic Management, Mike specializes in humanizing leadership and turning organizational friction into purpose-driven collaboration.

Dion Cristobal Refogio, Jr.

Operations Lead & DOT-Licensed Professional

Dion is a specialist in communication and high-level logistics with a degree in Development Communication from Central Mindanao University. An experienced trainer since 2011, he has facilitated programs for both corporate and government sectors. In 2023, he became a DOT-Licensed Regional Tour Guide, specializing in the precise requirements of VVIPs, VIPs, and large-scale educational expeditions. At InTravel, Dion ensures that every journey is operationally seamless, safe, and executed with the highest standard of professional service.
