1. Nature of Services

Inclusive Travel and Tours, Inc. acts as a private consultancy providing administrative support and guidance for visa applications. We are not an embassy, consulate, or government agency.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the respective government authorities. We do not guarantee a positive outcome, nor can we influence processing times or embassy decisions.

3. Client Responsibility & Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete documentation. Inclusive Travel and Tours, Inc. is not liable for rejections resulting from withheld information, fraudulent documents, or missed deadlines.

4. Fees and Refunds
  • Service Fees: Non-refundable once consultancy or document review has commenced.

  • Government Fees: Non-refundable once paid to the embassy or consulate, regardless of the visa outcome.

  • Price Changes: Government and embassy fees are subject to change without notice; the Client is responsible for any such increases.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for financial losses (such as pre-booked flights or hotels) due to visa delays or rejections. We are not responsible for delays caused by embassy backlogs, courier loss, or errors made by government officials.

6. Data Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is used exclusively for the purpose of your visa application.
